The Massage Experience
Is traditional Thai massage painful?
It shouldn't be! While Thai massage involve deep pressure and stretching, it should be "good pain" that releases deep-seated tension. You can always tell your therapist to adjust the pressure—just say "ba-ba" for softer or "nak-nak" for harder.
What should I wear for my treatment?
For traditional Thai massage, we provide loose, comfortable cotton pajamas. For oil massages, you will be provided with hygienic disposable undergarments and a premium towel for draping.
What is the difference between Thai and Aromatherapy oil massage?
Traditional Thai massage is performed dry (no oil) over clothes and focuses on intensive stretching and pressure points. Aromatherapy oil massage uses premium essential oils and long, flowing strokes for deep relaxation and skin nourishment.
